Fazenda Córrego dos Batistas plays a meaningful role in the coffee journey of Diamante Fazendas. It is a farm where coffee is not only grown, but carefully dried, stored, and prepared for what comes next.

Located in Caparaó in the Minas Gerais region, the farm combines coffee fields, preserved land, avocado trees for export, and one of the region’s important post-harvest structures. With 66 hectares total, 30 hectares of coffee, production of 1,000 bags, and significant drying and storage capacity, Córrego dos Batistas helps protect the value created in the field and carry it forward with care.
