Ignacio arrived to Minas Gerais in the 1970s with a dream and a lot of determination, willpower and desire to produce coffee on a large scale. First with soybeans, and now more than 45 years later, Grupo Farroupilha has grown to a larger scale operation including labs for analyzing seeds and coffee quality, a cotton plant for processing fiber produced by the company, coffee trading, transport yard and fertilizer mixer.
