Finca La Lina is a single estate farm coming from a coffee tradition of 3 generations in Pereira, Colombia. The varietals produced are the traditional Colombian Castillo and Bourbon Rosado. The area of the farm has a unique environment with many mineral deposits because of 10 water springs and also the rocky subsoil. These elements attribute and greatly influence the clean, balanced, pronounced notes of cocoa and panela in the cup.
