A new addition to the Santa Lucía Estate Coffees, our own family farms at the heart of our sourcing, El Mirador, perched at 1,650m, has the stunning views stretching to the Panacama National Reserve sitting next door.
It is already growing Gesha, Pacamara, and Typica with active renovation plots introducing Pink Bourbon, SL28, Red Catuaí, and a new Parainema. A deliberate mix of proven performers and high-potential varieties, each chosen for the farm's elevation and microclimate. El Mirador is a farm in motion and we're excited to bring roasters along as it develops.
