Comayagua, Honduras, where José Abel Girón and his
two sons farm just over three acres with remarkable
precision. José's coffee earned back-to-back recognition
at Project Origin's Best of Late Harvest in 2016 and
2017, a testament to what's possible on a small farm
with the right hands behind it.
This lot is a washed Pacamara stripped back to let the
