Farmers pulp and ferment at small backyard facilities before
parchment moves to Orro Coffee for wet-hulling, the short 2–
3 day drying window that gives Sumatra its signature profile:
low acidity, heavy body, and earthy notes of cedar, tobacco,
and dark chocolate.
